We specialize in creating custom fixtures. If you would like to receive a quote, please email us at info@sanicanada.com. We will provide you with a template to fill out. Once you have completed the template, please scan it and send it back to us along with your technical requirements for review.
We appreciate your understanding that all custom hand -made orders require 30 business days for production, followed by a delivery timeframe of 15 to 30 days via LTL,ground shipping due to the for example delicate nature of glass or vanity. Please note that we currently do not offer espress international shipping. Additionally, while we strive to provide timely service, express shipping options are unfortunately not covered by insurance, and we are unable to offer replacements in such cases. Usually shipment can be arranged within 1 working day after receiving payment. Each item can be shipped out if payment received before 17:00 each day.
We usually ship by Fedex ,DHL,EMS or some direct lines for some countries. Usually the delivery time is 5-7 working days.
We ship according to the address on Aliexpress.So please make sure your address on Aliexpress is the right one.
Mail transit time is best estimated, but not guaranteed. As transit time varies.

Return Policy:
Returns for exchange are permitted and must be initiated by the buyer within the following periods:
Defective/ Wrong Items - within the warranty period.
Non-Defective Merchandise (10% restocking fee will be charged) - within 14 days of receipt.If you would like to return your product(s) for repair / replacement / refund, please kindly contact our customer service
Warranty period: Default 2 year warranty (starting from the dispatch date) for all products, unless specified on the specific item pages.
